The Carved Buffet
Where you have laid tables, a seating plan, yet the informality
of choosing your main dish from a wide selection at the buffet.
The starter and dessert are both served to the table. |
The Fork Buffet
There is a buffet spread with tables and chairs enough for all guests,
although there is no formal seating plan.
Guests are welcome to help themselves to the buffet selection,
when the top table has been seated. |
The 'Finger-piece' Buffet (Evening)
Where you stand, mingle and sit at occasional chairs where the formality
of a seating plan is not required.
This menu type will only be available when booking in conjunction
with a Wedding Breakfast, Carved or Fork Buffet. |
